Vintage Watch Condition & Disclosure

All watches sold on this website are vintage timepieces, many of which are 70+ years old. Due to their age, all watches may show signs of wear, patina, and cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to scratches, discoloration, fading, or minor dents. These characteristics are inherent to vintage watches and are considered part of their history and charm.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe each watch and disclose notable condition details in the product description and photos. However, minor signs of age and wear should always be expected and are not considered defects.

Mechanical Condition & Testing

All watches are generally tested prior to sale to confirm that they are running at the time of listing. However, due to the age and complexity of vintage mechanical watches, we do not guarantee accuracy, power reserve, water resistance, or long-term performance unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Vintage watches are sold as-is, and no warranties—express or implied—are provided beyond what is specifically outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

24-Hour Inspection & Return Policy

Buyers are granted a 24-hour inspection period starting from the confirmed delivery time. During this period, the watch may be evaluated to ensure it matches the description provided at the time of sale.

If a mechanical issue arises within this 24-hour period that was not clearly disclosed in the item description, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will, at our discretion:

  • Arrange for the watch to be repaired at no cost to the buyer, or

  • Offer a refund once the watch is returned and inspected

Any return requests must be initiated within the 24-hour inspection window. Watches must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Exclusions & Buyer Responsibility

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Normal wear due to age

  • Inaccurate timekeeping typical of vintage mechanical watches

  • Damage caused after delivery, including mishandling, misuse, exposure to moisture, shock, or unauthorized repairs or adjustments

  • Changes in condition occurring while the watch is in the buyer’s possession

Once the 24-hour inspection period has passed, all sales are considered final.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and understand the nature of vintage watches as collectible, aged timepieces that require care and realistic expectations.
